Everything clean so far. Location is great if you like the hustle and bustle of the old town. The hotel is a good place to stay for one or two nights. Our room faced the inner courtyard which was why it was very quiet.
Definitely not as exclusive as it looks on the pictures but already a bit outdated. So the price-performance ratio is not quite what we think. The breakfast was ok but no highlight. The coffee was sour and bitter.

The atmosphere created was QUIET. The room was neat and brand-new with a safe, a mini-bar and central heating available. The breakfast was amazing and sensational, the check in was early.

Thanks a lot for a really nice stay in the Old town. The location is good and magnificent, at a short distance from a majestic church. The area is very lively very close to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, great restaurants and Dong Xuan market famous for local food...

This place was beyond great, no complaints at all. It totally exceeded my expectations! I had an awesome stay here for 3 nights, and everyone was so nice. the breakfast they served was amazing, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. 🌟 Thank you to the staff for making my stay special!

The service is excellent, the double room is attractive with a bathroom, WiFi, and a mini-bar, and it's conveniently located close to Hoan Kiem and the rest of the old quarter within walking distance.

Perfect hip new property with extremely friendly staff and overwhelming services. Magnificent, perfect location in Hoan Kiem district adjacent to the lake, the market, surrounded by plenty of food, and good restaurants and shops in the old town.

The Winter Boutique Hotel was a great find in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with the added bonus of a balcony offering great views. The breakfast provided was also excellent, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.
No complaints, everything was perfect.
